Walter Hoye and the California Civil Rights Foundation as they strive to protect the futures of unborn babies and lovingly assist young mothers to choose a course of life, rather than death, through the California Equal Rights Amendment.  CNES has as its mission to uphold ethical principles and to protect life at every stage in the continuum.
